Danny Green to play in Ljubljana, Slovenia

Using his Twitter account, San Antonio Spurs backup forward Danny Green confirmed that he is going to play in Slovenia.

Green could be the third player on the Spurs 2010-2011 roster to play overseas during the lockout.

Chris Quinn has already signed to play for BC Khimki in Russia on a one-year, $1 million deal and Steve Novak has indicated recently that he will likely accept offers to play in Spain or Russia.

  1. I wish you well in your stay in Slovenia Danny Green show ’em what you’ve got and come back to the Spurs when the lockout is lifted.
